Work management is a term used to define the principles and policies for carrying out management of work.

The services to be offered include:
Project Management
Project Engineering
Quality Management
Detailed Engineering
Procurement
Construction
|
The delays shall not be more than 60 days.
|
Acceptance shall be as defined in the terms and conditions.
|
Condemnation of goods and practices shall be carried out when gross error occurs.
|
The effectiveness and termination of the contract shall be as determined the responsible parties.
|
The representations and warranties shall include but not be limited to settings and objectives.
|
The additional obligations include project duration management.
|
The Financial Matters shall include cost estimations and management.
|
The controls, records and inspection shall include project control, records control, cost control.
|
The taxes shall include PAYE and royalties.
|
The import and export obligations shall include inventory management, procurement etc.
|
The claims, liabilities and indemnities shall include claims for change management.
|
Insurance shall include insurance for loss of life, property etc.
|
The contract information that is required is contract management information.
|
The business relationship shall be cordial and professional.
|
The change process shall be based on lean management and quality engineering.
|
In the event of force force majeure, the contract work shall be carried out properly.

The governing law is the Nigerian content act.
|
The notices shall include: You shall not cause havoc at site.
|
The public announcements include: Embarrassment of persons at site is prohibited.
|
The third party rights include that no third party shall be allowed into worksite without a contract or appointment.
|
The general provisions of this contract shall include that You shall perform the works as detailed in the scope of works.

The other matters include that you shall serve your customers in a quality manner.
