EXCELLENCE®

Excellence according to the Oxford dictionary is the quality of being outstanding or extremely good. In this discourse, I am actually addressing process excellence. Process excellence is a strategic method that analyses and optimizes business or work processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste and improve quality so as to deliver superior value to customers.

Reliability, Excellence and Ease Process™

The reliability, excellence and ease process is an inherently process excellence method that I have adopted to proactively, continuously define and improve on how value is created in a system of work. In this process, Reliability® mostly Assurance Reliability™ and Systemic Reliability™ is first achieved using the aforementioned apps or features, before Excellence® mostly process excellence is achieved and then Ease® is then achieved finally ensuring a sustained and sustainable system of work. This permeates the Solutioneer® system of work and is now deemed Systemic Excellence™.

Codification, Requirements, Compliance, Review and Certification Process™

This is the process where the aforementioned process excellence system is broken up into the work packets that will enable the working of the system of work that is now called Solutioneer®. These work packets are in a process starting from Codification® comprising worker identification, work numbering, work duration management, work quantity management and work break even management. The next process item is Requirements® comprising bid proposal management, work contract management and work requirements procedure management. More so, Compliance® the next process item comprises work inventory management and work execution management. Furthermore, the Review® process item comprise the work inspection management item of work. Finally, the Certification® process item comprises work payments invoice management and work certification management. This process emphasizes and assures Excellence® and is now deemed Assurance Excellence™.

Quality Management

The Solutioneer® system of work has already baked in a quality management system through fulfilling the six mandatory quality management policies which include audit management, document control management and quality policy specification management (which fulfilled the other four which are quality policy, manual, preventive and corrective action procedures). This has been fulfilled using the Check™ feature for audit management. The document control management is fulfilled using the work numbering management app which is available throughout Solutioneer®. The quality policy specification management is fulfilled using the work requirements procedure app. The other aspect of quality management that has been fulfilled is authentication management using the authoring credentials feature and work customer relations management.
