TARRY IN AN ORGANISATION WITH EQUITABLE REMUNERATIVE POLICIES BASED ON THEIR PROFITS
Scripture Quote
GENESIS CHAPTER 30 VERSE 27 (KJV) And Laban said unto him, I pray thee, if I have found favor in thine eyes, tarry for I have learned by experience that the Lord hath blessed me for thy sake.
Rhema For Life
An organization usually makes profits from the productive labors of its staff members. It is ethical for that organization to remunerate its employees in an equitable manner mostly based on those profits. The moral of our theme scripture is trying to emphasize this succinctly. You should only stay in an organization whose policies for remuneration are equitable with a basis on their profits. In your life if you are a born again Christian, as the seed of Abraham, you will evoke the Blessing of the Lord on any organization where you work! That blessing, which is theonomic, will sometimes become higher than expected for that organization, mostly seen through their profits. You should understand that your productive labors are so blessed as a Christian, that the company you are engaged with makes huge profits that should then translate to a remuneration that is commensurate with so huge profits. If that company's remunerative policies are not emphasizing a commensurate income, you should leave that organization. Another emphasis is that as a reborn Christian leader, full of the Holy Ghost, the atmosphere around you itself is charged enough to make productive people, friends, colleagues, bosses and partners.
Rhema For Career
In your career you should always take note of the remunerative policies of the company that you work in. Here, I will emphasize on you knowing how to make the decision as to how and when to move if the policies for remuneration are not equitable. Mostly scour the grapevine as to which company's policies for remuneration are equitable and make a switch appropriately.
Rhema For Business
In your business you should emphasize on hiring a Christian or find a way to reform a non Christian through your policies. Another way to evoke a theonomic blessing on your business, is to prepare or revise remunerative policies that will emphasize equitable salaries for your employees based on your profits. This management practice helps in employee retention and even customer retention.
Rhema For Finances
The financial implications are always far reaching for you, your career and even your business. For you, your income will increase when you become aware of a company's remunerative policies that are not favorable, if you can negotiate an increase or a move to an organization whose policies are equitable. Another financial implication is the increase in your income from making smart, appropriate and wise decisions for a career move. The financial implication is the profits your business makes from using this ethical and theonomic management practice.
Addendum
Furthermore, this ethical management practice will dramatically improve employee retention and this is the actual emphasis or the moral of our theme scripture. You should be careful as an employee not to be retained for too long in one position, but to just be equitably remunerated and enjoy career progression in the same company. Understand that in most companies employee retention will trigger customer retention!
Practices
In practice, you should prepare or revise your remunerative policies such that you will improve employee retention. Again you can use this app Rhema Intelligentsia or emphasize its usage by your employees and management as it can cause a reform meant to Christianize your organization.
Prophesy
I command a change in remunerative policies which will favor me in my life, career, business and finances, in the Mighty Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Amen!
Closing
In closing, your company’s employee retention is improved when your remunerative policies are ethical, equitable and favorable to your employees. This management practice should be adopted globally.
