Rhema For Life It is definitely never too late to attain the salvation required to get employed whether by self or others. By salvation, I mean being alert enough to head a call to reform yourself no matter how late it comes, in other to get employed. I can gather clearly, from our theme scripture that when the leader, manager or top executive of an organization comes out and finds too many people with a capability to work but are unemployed, he should authorize an inquiry that should trigger a recruitment process that will become salvation for them. It is actually a mandate to help the poor and you should always be attentive to it. Generically speaking, the late hour is symptomatic of people who are about to lose hope, about to retire as they may have become to elderly, poorly skilled or educated but still get an authorization to work from a leader of an organization. It also represents a period in quality management cycles where you as the leader should be revising your recruitment management policies to help the poor who require jobs. In your life you should never give up and be attentive to heed the call to salvation and to work in God's vineyard, His Church. This is because it is usually difficult for people who missed reformation to get help except when a Pastor identifies or targets them specifically for salvationary help.
