Rhema For Life There are always employees that you will move into your business that will definitely improve your business. Those categories of employees are usually Christian and will naturally lead beyond the norm, even in your business. When you are trying to make provision for yourself in a business whether as employee, boss or even a partner, you should carry out in a timely manner, an audit of the increase you have brought over time through your work. You should begin the audit from when you came into the organization to the current period, with an emphasis that the increase you have clearly itemized, will be more beneficial than even the financial benefit. Your argument being that since the increase is beyond financial benefit, you will deserve equity in the organization. This of course is a negotiationary move for an upward trajectory in your career.
