Rhema For Life When people work together, they will or may eventually disagree based on the fact that one of the parties negates a previous agreement, cheats on the other party or simply because they just are not like-minded enough to work together. In this discourse, I am emphasizing that God is always with a Christian (The Seed of Abraham - Jacob) who perceives a negative change in attitude from a partner, employer or even a colleague in the course of their work life. Always understand that a negative change in attitude can be represented by quarrels, strife, disagreements. This generally has a tendency to make the Christian poor and if you as a Christian are not attentive enough to the word of knowledge (Rhema), will stay poor but God always intervenes on the behalf of you as a Christian. What I am emphasizing is that in your life, the decision you make to become a Christian cannot be overemphasized and that happens when you commit your life to follow our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. You should do this by joining a Church where the power of the Holy Spirit is obvious thus making that power available to help you and work for you even when you face a negative change in attitude from a partner, employer, boss and colleague. God is with you also when you follow the counsel of the word of God in the Bible, mostly under the guidance of a Pastor. This will be like a dramatic lifestyle change if you are just coming into a Christian fold. The disfavor that a negative change in attitude from partners, employers, bosses, colleagues, friends, family even, is a reproach that will definitely be dispelled when you become or stay a Christian and specifically practicing in your life, the counsel of the Bible.

Rhema For Career In your career, disfavor from an employer, boss, partner, or even a colleague will definitely affect your career. To dispel the disfavor in your career, you should first check if you are a Christian and if your Christian practices permeate your work such that you do not become offensive to others at your work place. Again, check if your employer, boss, colleague is a Christian and if there are not, then attempt winning them to Christianity. You should do this by introducing them to Christian study materials or invitations to Church events, targeting the events to what may appeal to them. Moreso, understand that disfavor will mean that you may not be favored for career progression, you can dispel this by simply taking a course that will make you more knowledgeable about your career, ensuring you certify yourself in the process. Finally, you should move to another job or role in another organization mostly using your own Church's network, emphasizing that career move as promotional.

Rhema For Business The business you engage in will also be affected if you face disfavor from partners and customers alike. If you are a Christian business owner, who is actively involved in and with the Christian community in your Church, that disfavor will not be so apparent and can be dispelled. This is because you can gain new partners and customers from your Church's Christian community. That will be how God is with you in your business. You should also become more knowledgeable about another line of your business so that a vista of opportunity will open up for you in the market place that will not be disfavored.

Rhema For Finances From a financial perspective, you should become Christian, join a Church, pay your tithes and offerings as religiously as possible and watch God move on your behalf in the event of any disfavor you may face. Again, the savings or profits that will accrue to you from starting a new line of business that are not disfavored in the market place, making a promotional career move cannot be overemphasized.

Addendum In addition, when you face disfavor of any sort, you should call together your people mostly in a meeting sensitizing them that you are facing disfavor whether in your life, career, business, or finances. Always emphasize in that meeting that you need help from them. Also, attend such meetings that are created by others to remove yourself from disfavor.
