As a Christian, that is the seed of Abraham, the word commands us to  set up a memorial every time you agree with someone. Now this will mostly be construed as a record of the agreement between the two parties with that record also serving as a witness that an agreement occurred.  This is Christian in the sense that it mostly reduces acrimony and conflicts later on thus ensuring that you as a Christian can live in peace and harmony with other people even non-Christians. The way looks simple and is thus: you will have to meet with the person you are making agreement with, then physically agree based on whatever issues that both parties are concerned with, the agreement itself which in this age should be written would serve as a witness between both parties and finally create a monumental record  and brand of the agreement so that it will be remembered.
In your life, you should be careful to first of all know whom you are making agreements with and if you are Christian, only make agreements the way that I have shown above.  You should as a Christian ensure you keep a monumental record of the agreement to protect yourself from any further conflicts and it is meant to create peace so you as a Christian will succeed in your life. Take note that if you do not know the person, do not agree with them, because you may be agreeing with your enemy, the devil. In my theme scripture, you will notice that Jacob knew Laban his uncle albeit that Laban was Chaldean and not Hebrew, of course construed as not being Christian. In other words you should know the person even if they are not Christian, before you agree with them, so you can succeed in your life.

The business perspective that you should inculcate is that, before you agree with a customer, buy and sell goods and services with a customer, even make payments with a customer you should follow the WAY that I outlined above.  You should make the customer come to you or know the customer, intimate them of the need to have an agreement with you, make the agreement with them mostly now in written form as a witness that you are both in agreement and set up a monumental record of the agreement to either work with a partner, buy and sell goods and services with a customer and even make payments with a customer. This practice itself is an ethical or Christian business management practice that always ensures neither party is ever short changed, with the law capable of protecting either party. Since these agreements are meant to be a pillar for operating that business process, I will like to identify some of them. Such pillars include a contract for work, a waybill for receiving goods, an invoice or receipt for making payments or for purchases. Take note that the pillar these days can be a written record whether on paper or in a software that will carry the record that one party is in agreement with another, and always saved for reference.

GENESIS CHAPTER 31 VERSE 44 - 45 (KJV)

In your career, you should take careful note of the agreement that employed you in the organization you are currently engaged in. That will determine a lot of your career work and how you will get remunerated. It can also determine your career progression and so you should yourself set it up as a monumental record that you will always take cognizance of. Again, take note that in the work you carry out, you should always attest that you carried out such work and once another party attests that you carried out that work, you should set up a monumental record so you can receive an invoice payment for such a work.

In your finances, you should first of all agree with your Church and your pastor to pay your tithes and offerings and make sure that you take note of your remittances and the financial increases thereof, by the power of the Holy Spirit. Again, the practices of setting up a monumental record of your agreements in your business and in your career, have such grave financial implications if not carried out that, some careers and businesses have fallen into ruin as a result of such laxities or noncompliance. Also take note of all the financial increases when you are in compliance so that you can increase your financial intelligence.
In addition, you should take careful note that the monumental record is set up because the agreement will be used as a witness between both parties and therefore will guide them going forward.
In practice, you should never ignore these business or career management practices that I have outlined above because they have grave implications for your life, career, business and your finances. In conclusion, when you want to agree with someone, you should know the person, attempt an agreement written or otherwise, set up a monumental record so that you can use that as witness between you and the person.
