The ethics of job search and recruitment are specifically important because there will help you in the attainment of good success in your life, career, business and in your finances. A job can be defined as “work or labor that will give you a livelihood able to give you wages that should help you get a house and give you the capability to marry". The key words I have used in my definition above are very important. The capability to marry is important because it helps you as man to obey the instruction from God in the Bible, to be fruitful and multiply, these being in the context of producing children (Genesis1:27-28). The moral of job search based on my theme scripture is to clearly identify a company or person who has a need for employees, smartly or quickly attempt to fill that need by volunteering to show them your qualifications and capabilities, tell them of your affinity for their company's ethos and admit the need you have for the job yourself. The ethics for recruitment will include hiring only those who are qualified, capable, patient and show a marked affinity for your company's ethos. It will also include speedily beginning a recruitment process, keeping a record of the employment process through a report and paying them a monthly wage capable of giving them a home. The moral of job search and recruitment in helping you attain good success is that it will enable you get gainful employment that will improve your livelihood personally, improve the livelihoods of your families, enable you help your communities, States and your Country. The employee who got a gainful employment naturally becomes a better citizen, more balanced and less capable of the evils that beset a person, community or a country from the joblessness of its youth.
Rhema For Career
Again, your career improves dramatically when you become gainfully employed through an ethical process. The manager or recruiter who achieves the employment of an employee through an ethical process who will have a better career than one who did not. This being clearly shown in our theme scripture by the preference of Rachel over Leah by Jacob whose career in their business was a sterling one. You will notice that Laban's (business owner) career degraded when he became unethical in paying Jacob the agreed wage.
Rhema For Business
The ethics for job search and recruitment from the perspective of your business is that the business owner or employer should only employ the candidate who is competent to carry out the duties of the role, carrying out the recruitment with speed, keeping adequate records and reports of the process as shown by Rachel (the recruiter) when she ran to give a report to her Father Laban (the business owner) about Jacob, paying them monthly wages that will enable them have a stable home. Furthermore, the competency of the employee should include their qualifications and their talents that will enable them fulfill the role, thus helping the business achieve a modicum of reliability in that role. A speedy and adequately documented recruitment in this age, will improve business excellence where competent employees who are suited to the role is difficult to carry out and ultimately affects the bottom line of most businesses.

Your finances actually improve immediately when you are recruited through an ethical process enabling you work reliably all year round for your employer thus giving them profit all year round for that particular role.

In addition, I will address an issue I call inappropriateness as a key for an individual engaging in a job search or a business to know when they have a need for an employee. By inappropriateness, I mean the use of a "square peg in a round hole" or vice versa. This was shown by Rachel fulfilling the role when the actually needed a Jacob. You should understand Jacob's alertness and actions which enabled him undergo an ethical job search and recruitment process. While job searching, if you notice a company putting square pegs in a round hole, assume automatically that they have a need for employees and immediately volunteer your credentials in a quiet manner. Most organizations which do not know how to identify their need for employees should check whether they have square pegs in round holes and push an ethical recruitment process forward.
