Rhema For Life There will be times during your Christian journey to leadership, that you will be tested to find out by what authority, your works or your teaching is based. That testing will always come from a competitive Church leadership. At your baptism, which is the onset of the salvation process that is required to make you a Christian, you will attain the rebirth. At a point during this salvation process, mostly at the last stages, you should receive the Holy Spirit, which of course is the endowment for Christian service, and thus the authority to teach and carry out the work of the ministry. This authority since it comes from the Holy Spirit, also means it comes God and from heaven. In your life, you should always emphasize receiving the Lord Jesus Christ as savior and becoming reborn authentically, during your salvation process in your Church. You should equally receive the Holy Spirit but your Christian faith should be based on the word of God (Bible) (Romans 10 : 7) and you should act as such. In your life, you will attain leadership in your Church when you receive the endowment for Christian service and thus the authority to work out your own salvation. Of course the authority you receive will permeate every aspect of your life and give you a prosperous life, all by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Rhema For Career From a career perspective, you should be Christian enough to receive the delegated authority as intellectual property from the Holy Spirit to evince the revision of procedures or policies that can benefit the organization you are engaged in. You should also go to a certifying authority like the legal system (Judiciary) and certify those procedures or policies and receive the authority for wide spread usage in your organization or another if you like. Moreso, to move to leadership in your career, you can go to a certifying authority and undergo an educational upgrade (Baptism), where you will require the intellectual property (exousia) from the Holy Spirit, to pass the certification exams and receive the authority for progression in your career. You should understand that anytime you receive authorization from an authority, you can lead and progress in your career.

Rhema For Business In the business you are engaged in, the delegated authority for which you will do your business practices is the law itself and business management practices that are hinged on the Bible. You should understand that as you practice using Christian business management practices, the Holy Spirit will give you the intellectual property which is the exousia (delegated authority) to succeed in your business. You should endeavor to go to the law or a certifying authority and register that intellectual property and receive the authority for turning that intellectual property to products and services so you can make your business successful.

Rhema For Finances In your finances, the exousia that you have been given as a Christian by the Holy Spirit, should be certified through tithes and offerings in your Church or through your Pastor, and you will receive more authority (Blessed Pronouncements from Your Pastor) that will cause increase in your finances. You can undertake a course in financial management from a certifying authority and make improvements in your finances.

Addendum Additionally, you should understand that when you arrive in a new Church, new organization etc, you will be tested by a competitive group especially if you are attempting any leadership.
