In this discourse the emphasis is on working in God's vineyard, which can be construed as the Earth as the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, and of course His Church. To work in God's vineyard will mean to work out your own salvation and if you do that without pretense or pretentiousness, you are fulfilling the will of God and you will succeed in your life, career, business and finances.
In your life you will need to first of all become an authentic Christian who has undergone a reformative process in Church to fulfill God's will of working in His vineyard without pretense.  The will of God is for you to actually work out your own salvation on this earth or in His Church doing that without any pretense, since Christian faith without work is dead, meaning you will not succeed in your life if you do not .Again, you should understand that if you are not an authentic Christian, then you should repent, undergo a salvationary process  and work out that salvation to fulfill God's will and thus succeed in your life.

THE WILL OF GOD THE FATHER IS TO WORK IN HIS VINEYARD WITHOUT PRETENSE

MATHEW CHAPTER 21 VERSE 28 - 31 (KJV)

But what think ye?  A certain man had two sons; and he came to the first, and said , Son , go work today in my vineyard. He answered and said, I will not but afterward he repented, and went. And he came to the second and said likewise. And he answered and said, I go sir, and went not.  Whether of the twain did the will of the Father? They say unto him, the first.

To work in God's vineyard will mean to work out your own salvation and if you do that without pretence or pretentiousness, you are fulfilling the will of God and you will succeed in your life, career, business and finances.

Again, you should understand that if you are not an authentic Christian, then you should repent, undergo a salvationary process and work out that salvation to fulfil God's will and thus succeed in your life.
In your career, you should not disobey work instructions or procedures and you should also carry them out in the reality. This of course means you would have worked out your own salvation (God's will) in your career, and thus making it possible for you to gain career progression to another dimension of work. Now, if the work instructions or procedures are not Christian, you can work out your own salvation by making a request for a revision, that you can even champion, thus helping the organization you are engaged in undergo reform.
The business perspective you should inculcate is that God's will for you is to work out your own salvation in your business by using reformative Christian business management practices and do this in reality. You should do this in reality by ensuring that your work procedures and policies are Christian, and if there are not, you should revise them accordingly, this is because if you infuse Christian doctrine (Leaven) into your work management practices, it will cause an increase (Mathew13:33).  Another way to work in God's vineyard is for you to partner with your Church in carrying out faith projects that will advance the Kingdom of God on this planet, and the Holy Spirit will bless you with business success.
Your financial perspective in this discourse is for you to work out your salvation in your Church by becoming a financial partner to your Church or it’s Pastor. That partnership is the infusing of Christian doctrine in your finances, causing dramatic financial increase for you. You can also take note of any financial increase that you accrued from your business or your career; this will make you more financially intelligent.
In addition, you should understand that if you agreed to carry out a work instruction but did not fulfil the work procedure, you will not have fulfilled the will of God (Work out your own salvation) for your life, career, business and finances and thus you will not succeed.
In practice, you can partner with the Opulence Church and its Mission so that you can work out your own salvation and thus fulfil God's will for your life, career, business and finances.
I declare that I will work out my own salvation so that the will of God will be fulfilled in my life, career, business and finances, in the Mighty Name of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Amen!
In conclusion, the will of God will be fulfilled in your life, career, business and finances, if you work out your own salvation in the reality especially without pretence, this will make you a success.
