Rhema For Life The disciple or follower who shows interest and is always endeavoring to come close to the Master or Teacher will be given the capability to know and understand the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven, thus the Master will develop the disciple as a leader that will help Him manage the multitudes that always follow the Master. The Kingdom of Heaven being represented by the cadre relationship that now exists between the Master and His close followers or disciples as compared to the multitudes. The cadre relationship, is the highest in the Master's work and is emphasized by the information that it carries, which is always more strategic. This discourse will attempt to enlighten us all on how the Master creates these processes and its benefit to our lives, careers, businesses and finances! In your life, you should be the one who became the disciple, and sought a close relationship with the master and thus received the gift or the capability to know or understand the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven. This means you will seek a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, through His Word, a Church and even a pastor thus becoming reborn and with the capability to understand the mysteries of the Kingdom!

Rhema For Career In your career, you should be the employee who shows a marked capability to relate with the top brass in the organization where you work. This will mean that when the opportunity comes for training employees in the more strategic aspects of the organization’s work, you will be chosen and initiated into processes that will make you a leader and be given procedures that will not be given to those who did not undergo the training process.

Rhema For Business In business, the maxim you should emphasize, is that the employees who are better attuned to your business's ethos and seek a closer relationship should be initiated into a higher echelon of your business thus giving them the capability to better manage your business using processes or procedures that will not be given to everyone else in the business.

Rhema For Finances In your finances, you should seek a closer relationship with the Pastor of your church in the payment of tithes and offerings, so he can command a greater financial blessing for you. This can also give you greater responsibilities in the church, that will not be given to others.

Addendum In addition, those who did not get to be given anything are those who did not get chosen or who do not enter into a closer relationship with the top brass in the organization. This means they did not show enough interest in the activities of the organization and so are denied processes or procedures that will have initiated them into a more strategic workforce.

Practices In practice, you should show keen interest in your Pastor in church and in the activities carried out by the organization which you are engaged in. You can use this bible ministry as a procedure to make you into a strategic workforce.
