6.2 Detailed Procedure
6.2.1
The Engineering Executives issue electronic copy of 1 engineering document (schedule, quotation, calculation note etc.) that has been approved to Client, also sending 1 hard copy via a dispatch. They will copy via email the Engineering Officers and Procurement Executives. These actions should not take more than 8 hours to accomplish.

6.2 Detailed Procedure
6.2.1
The Engineering Executives issue electronic copy of 1 engineering document (schedule, quotation, calculation note etc.) that has been approved to Client, also sending 1 hard copy via a dispatch. They will copy via email the Engineering Officers and Procurement Executives. These actions should not take more than 8 hours to accomplish.

He shall approve the work processes and the documents therein. He shall have overall responsibility for signing in approval this procedure, and will work in coordinating this work procedure.
• Engineering Executive
He shall review the work processes and the documents therein. He shall have overall responsibility for signing as checked this procedure, and will work in reviewing this work procedure.
• Engineering Officer
He shall carry out the work processes and prepare the documents therein. He shall have overall responsibility for signing as prepared this procedure, and will carry out the work in this work procedure.
• Stores Officer
He shall assist in carrying out the work process. He shall have the overall responsibility of replacing the spent materials used for printing the hard copy of the documents, in this work procedure.

This is an action meant to originate the work in this procedure.
• REVIEW
This is an action meant to check the work carried out in this procedure.
• APPROVE
This is the action meant to complete the work carried out in this procedure. It will initiate dispatch to client.
• DISPATCH
This is the action meant to move or distribute completed work to client. It will initiate payment.

This defines clearly, the work flow processes where the end is seen from the beginning.

6.2.1
The Engineering Executives issue electronic copy of 1 engineering document (schedule, quotation, calculation note etc.) that has been approved to Client, also sending 1 hard copy via a dispatch. They will copy via email the Engineering Officers and Procurement Executives. These actions should not take more than 8 hours to accomplish.
6.2.2
This triggers the commencement of work on 1 engineering document (schedule, quotation, calculation note etc.) by the Engineering Officers. They will sign the document as prepared and then issue via email, an electronic copy to the Engineering Executives for check within 8 hours.
6.2.3
The Engineering Executives begin expediting and discipline check of 1 engineering document (schedule, quotation, calculation note etc.) sent by the Engineering Officers. They will sign the document as checked and then issue an electronic copy via email to the Operations Manager for approval, within 8 hours.
6.2.4
The Operations Manager will approve the 1 engineering document (schedule, quotation, calculation note etc.) sent to him by the Engineering Executives and will sign the document as approved and then issue an electronic copy via email to the Engineering Executives for printing and dispatch, within 8 hours.
6.2.5
The Engineering Executives will print for dispatch the 1 engineering document (schedule, quotation, calculation note etc.) sent to them by the Operations Manager. The Stores Officer will then replace the spent materials used for printing by the Engineering Executives, all these actions should be within 8 hours.
